Project name: Construction of a plant for processing of ash waste from coal-fired thermal stations into high quality fine hollow fillers and products based on them.

Recycled ash waste from coal plants can be used in various industries: drilling of wells, foundry business, production of heat-insulating, refractory and paint materials, lightweight concrete, etc.

The design capacity of the plant will amount to 10 000 tonnes of finished product per year.

The plant is located in the industrial zone Belovo regional power station (part of "Kuzbassenergo"), but will recycle waste and other stations.

Ash and slag waste due to stricter requirements for environmental safety is a serious problem for thermal power plants. The project required the use of unique project design. In this regard, as a partner in the project was contracted Omega Minerals Group - one of the world leaders in the hollow of mineral fillers for oil and gas, chemical, construction, vehicle and other industries.
