The main purpose of the project is the creation of refinery plant in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug production capacity of 100 thousand tons of oil per year.

The project is created on the basis of the existing tank farm, which carries small-scale wholesale marketing of petroleum products.

Processing capacity of the refinery at the maximum load will be 120 000 cubic meters year of crude oil.

The yield of the product will be:

• Gasoline A-92 - 19.3 tons per year;
• Diesel (winter) - 61.9 tons per year;
• Fuel oil - 19.4 tons per year;
• Loss 2.6 - tons per year

The specialists of «Solev” IC developed a business plan with financial model and prepared a package of documents in accordance with the requirements of one of the largest Russian banks - GLOBEX.

Result of this work was the positive decision of the credit committee. Unfortunately, the initiator of the project was not able to obtain the necessary environmental permits and building permit for the practical implementation of the project.
