The main goal of the project is to obtain subsidies and subventions from the Federal Service for Supervision in the field of Mass Communications and Protection of Cultural Heritage as a socially-oriented publication.
The customer sees the main task of the project as increasing the level of awareness of target audience – retirees and people nearing retirement age – of ways of addressing various problems they have to face: financial, legal, social, adaptive.
The specialists of “SOLEV” have determined the amount of financial resources required for the realization of the project and have elaborated its detailed business plan.
The project received approval of the Federal Service for Control over the media.
In the middle of the year 2008 the project received funding, were carried out all the preparatory activities, the registration certificate of the company (publishers) as the media was received. In the autumn of 2008 came out the first issue of the magazine.
