St. Petersburg commercial seaport

In 1999-2001 IA "SOLEV" carried out business planning and financing arrangements (with the support of the Savings Bank of the Russian Federation) projects for container, refrigerated and dry bulk terminals in St. Petersburg commercial seaport. In 2003-2004, we had to come back to this port as one of the organizers of a large transaction (about 200 million U.S. dollars) on the change of ownership of the port.

In 2003-2004 IA "SOLEV" worked on business planning of some river (Neva, Ladoga and Onega lakes) and marine projects in the Baltic Sea region (Vyborg, Vistino, Kingisepp).

Currently, we are actively working on projects in Kaliningrad, Temruk, St. Petersburg (container hub), Novorossiysk.

Oil products transshipment point

In December 2004, IA "SOLEV" received an order to develop a business plan and financing of the investment project "Reconstruction and construction of the fuel complex on the basis of the existing fuel oil facilities" in the city of Kaliningrad.

Important conditions for successful implementation of the project were the following: the initiator was the only company in the Kaliningrad region to specialize in receipt, storage and delivery of dark oil products that require heating; the terminal is the westernmost not only throughout the Kaliningrad region, but also in Russia, as well as the only terminal, located directly on the shore of the Baltic sea.

The aim of the project was to obtain additional revenue through increased handling in the supply of petroleum products for export. In 2005, in accordance the results of our work, it was decided to provide funding for this project in the form of a credit line of $ 11 million.
